Boating Equipment Delivered
The DCDA’s new inflatable boat, captained by Grand Marshal Larry “Roaring Ocean” Brown, was deployed on November 19, 2023. Licensed for use on tribal waters and for international affairs, the boat is equipped with donated radios, life vests, and ropes. Ferry and patrol operations will begin in early 2024, thanks to funding by Dr. Mims. Read more
