This the official home of the self-governed Village of Dallawalla, and the Dallawalla Community Development Authority; Home of the most excellent and kind and blessed people on earth, the Great Settlement for men, women and children at Dallawalla, and the Village of Refuge for Arawak Lokono Amerindians and its tribe members.

Dallawalla started an Amerindian community in the northern part of Region 10, Guyana. We were seeking to develop tribal health, education, business, and culture. The Village and Village Council have voted to adopt the rule of the Dallawalla Community Development Authority (DCDA) for the pursuit of its aims, April 9th, 2023. DCDA is headed by the President and Afodo, along with Vice President and Grand Marshal, residents and members of the village. The DCDA was created defend the rights, resources, and territories of our people, therefore, DCDA is the primary vehicle for governance, negotiation, and trade with Dallawalla. Along with its original commission, by various treaties and agreements, the DCDA has separately founded a Tribal DAO, an autonomous cybernated maritime authority, forming a Autochthonous Special International Indigenous Economic Zone, issuing membership, licenses, currency, and titles on a digital basis for state-abused peoples worldwide.
